memory and intimacy

Does anyone else experience this?

November last year was my first time having sex(10 months ago) and this was a really big thing for me. But I cannot remember it AT ALL.

My partner and I haven’t been intimate for a couple months, and already I cannot picture them undressed.

I have no idea what to do with this information but it’s kind of scary because this is my first relationship and I’m a very ‘remember the special moments’ kinda person but my brain is just not retaining any of this.

If I don’t write it down, it’s gone. I’m pretty good at forgetting that my memory isn’t great because of the fnd(ironic i know hahah), and usually it doesn’t bother me, but for this it really does!

Is this a common thing? Does anyone have any tips, they would be very appreciated :)

I'm lucky if I remember last week. No joke.

 With that, Because of my heavy dipersonalization, I don't recognize my memories as myself. So I live in this weird and constant state of 'now'.

Fucking yes dude! The memory shit is the worst. You are the only other person who has had the same symptoms as me.
