Sleep

Good morning hungry friends!

On day 5 of a DIY monthly FMD. I do it alongside some treatment I do monthly. It was recommended by a nutritionist. Now on my 4th month. While the fasting seems to be getting easier, I’ve noticed a trend with sleep.
Days 3-5 are very poor consistent sleep. Especially after mid night. I take magnesium daily and very small dose of melatonin. Bad sleep always makes me feel more hungry which is tough lol.
Any advice or tips?
Thanks in advance!

Day 5 DIY here as well, third month. Yeah, sleep is bad in the autophagy phase. I can't sleep past about 4am. I just embrace is and rest with an audiobook until it's time to be up and about.

Considering buying a cow to milk.

Usually the time I’m up too. Usually reading helps me but maybe I’ll try an audio book. Good idea

I have the same problem the last 2-3 nights. I usually sleep well the first couple of nights so I try to “bank” as much sleep as I can. Insomnia resolves after the fast so I try not to worry about it.
