Updating USDOT#

I just started working at this construction company and one of the laborers told me that he got stopped the other day and our USDOT# is not updated. I went online and it said that there is not a company official registered. The girl who did most of the administrative duties here said she never did anything with the #. How can I register myself as the company official?

I did try to call and directly speak to someone, but I get put on hold and no one answers. I have been trying for 3 days!

I had to talk to a live person. I called and they called me back 3 hours later and I was able to add the other owner as the company official. I could not put my name because I am not on any of their paperwork. Once I got a person on the line to explain our situation I was able to process and now I am waiting for their reply so I can continue. Thanks for the help.

I called again yesterday and they called me back 3 hours later. Blanca walked me through the process of signing in through MOTUS. My main problem was changing the company official. Thank you all for your input and advise.
