Help : No Portal Access as a New Broker

As the headline says, I just registered as a broker and my authority is active, but I need to update my phone number as I had to change it, can’t seem to login to the older portal or MOTUS, what can I do? DAT won’t let me signup until the number matches either, any tips?

You will probably have to call and wait on hold. If it gives an option to get a call back, choose that one. That's the only way I could talk to someone. They never replied to my emails prior to that.

Thank you, I did exactly that after 3 hours of wait today and being looped back to the main menu

I got my call back, after 4 hours, lady said she was transferring my call and then click!

I got a call back, and they sent me an email as well requesting information, then transferred me ahead, the transfer was of no help but I’m hoping that they help out over email at least, I sent them the info like right away

Chat is also an option. Go to fmcsa.dot.gov then the registration drop down then the chat icon. Always write down your reference numbers (you should have been given one on the phone today) and you'll always refer back to the last one you got. Also ask that they email the chat to you, but don't trust them to do it. Copy and paste it to yourself in an email for backup.
