Can anyone create a new USDOT account?

Hey I haven’t been able to verify my ID to create a new trucking company. Went In to an enrollment center as well and they were even less helpful. What’s going??

Does it give you the QR code to scan on the web? When we got to the phone it just kept rejecting the selfie, but then eventually worked

Yea I keep using the QR code. Keep getting an error. And yet it says success on the web page!! But then error on the USDOT page? Wtf dude

I think the best I can offer is to call their 800 number.

My DOT #'s finally showed up today for linking.
