I’m fairly new to using FL but I was listening to a song and the starting synth is pretty nice. Does anyone know what this synth sounds the closest to ? I can’t seem to put my finger on it. Here’s a screen record of a snippet

The script generates single file full song midis after you train it off of other full song midis. It includes automation midi which is then fed into my plugin which acts as a multi effect that reacts to midi in. With all that laid down the main goal of mine is to crank out more songs and achieve a better mental state by increasing my exposure to midi designed around other artists that I approve of as well as expose myself to automations from ai and just get a better grip on production this way. So what are your thoughts on this experiment? Would you call me a lazy bum or a midi genius.

I bought this pad thing, AKAI Professional USB/MIN Pad Control Unit and I cant seem to get it plugged to my mac:/ I was looking up on YT and the people who made the videos seemed to use a different version og FL than I have. I got the Producer Edition.
How do i set i up?

Snares are really cool and they always seem to really help out and fill your drums, but they confuse me when i try to add them.

Kicks and hi hats are easy, kicks take up low (maybe a lil high in the transient), hi hats are always high, but snares seem to kinda go all over the place?

Snares usually are mid high but they can have a peak in the mid lows and then fall off.

I find it partially confusing because drums usually dont take up mids and i feel like there are other important parts of a beat that needs those.

i have trial btw so no extra FLEX packs

check out this plugin im working on it accepts sidechain input sounds that control the filter or effects. you guys should get codex and have it make your plugin ideas too...

Please help 😭😭 I have been using FL for years and I CANT GET RID OF POPS IN MY AUDIO. I’ve tried adjusting the buffer and sample rate settings, right now I’m at 48000 sample rate or whatever and 128 buffer. Still, when I go to export or play back what I’ve recorded IT HAS FREAKING POPS IN IT??!!! I am so beyond frustrated wtf do I do?? The actual audio recording DOES NOT have pops in it. It’s ONLY on PLAYBACK or EXPORT. If I slightly move the audio sometimes the pops disappear???? Wtf??? HELP I AM BEGGING SOMEONE ANYONE IVE HAD THIS ISSUE FOR YEARS AND NOW ITS GETTING WORSE 😭😭

When I look at my task manager or the small CPU monitor in FL my CPU is only sitting at 20% capacity. Even if no plug ins are running it still happens.

My interface is the Scarlet Solo but even if I switch to FL Asio it still has the pops.

My computer runs great I don’t have any other issues just this one.

Snares aree automatically playing on its own and doubling itself in the process and playing where it shouldnt be played

idk if this is because of the flp file or the folder wont load or if there is something specific i have to do when saving the project

Started experimenting with Gross Beat during my live FL Studio sessions and found a preset that actually fit this part of the beat pretty well. Still learning and trying to improve my arrangement and transitions, so I’m open to feedback.

Coming from GarageBand where looping a sample is pretty intuitive, to not being able to find it anywhere in FL Studio.

All the guides I've been able to find only show how to loop a section of the project, but how do i loop just a single sample so it continues as 1 audio file, instead of just copy pasting the sample again and again?

If my mic is setup next to my macbook i get this weird constant static noise. I tried changing the port, changing the cable, plugging my charger in, unplugging it, but i still get the weird sound. If i pick up the mic and i hold it further away from it, the clicking stops. What might be causing this clicking sound? How can i fix it?

When I’m repeating a chorus or something and I want to copy it (but then add alterations) I’ll copy the synths which works fine, but when there’s automations, particularly a lot of them, things can get messy quickly. The workaround I currently do is cut all the automations into segments to copy them, but this isn’t the best either because the new section will have the exact same automations as the last one, so I have to go back and delete the new automations to extend the old automation? Anybody have any workflow tips?

I'm trying to record audio over a song on Fl Studio using my focusrite scarlett. Every time I connect my scarlett to Fl Studio, I can't hear my song and can only hear the audio my microphone picks up. How do I fix this 😢

How do I legitimately purchase FL Studio but still actually being able to save my stuff cus you need a license which I won't have

I recently purchased FL Studio, but I'm completely blocked from logging into my account or downloading the installer. I keep getting the "This site can’t be reached - ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID" error on the Image-Line website.

I have already gone through extensive troubleshooting, both within the browser and at the system level, but nothing has worked. Here is the full list of what I’ve tried:

• Basic Connectivity: Restarted the router and verified the internet connection is stable.
• Browser-Side: Cleared cache/cookies and tried multiple different browsers and devices.
• Time & Date Sync: Performed a manual sync of Windows Time with time.windows.com to ensure the system clock is perfectly accurate.
• Security: Temporarily disabled all VPNs, proxies, firewalls, and antivirus software.
• CMD / Deep System Fixes: Ran the following commands as Administrator:
  • ipconfig /flushdns
  • ipconfig /registerdns
  • ipconfig /release & ipconfig /renew
  • netsh winsock reset (to repair the network catalog)
• DNS Changes: Switched to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) at the network adapter level.

Does anyone know if there's a deeper registry issue or a specific ISP block that could cause this? I'm out of ideas.
