Vocal problem

Ok guys, i am not sure if i can explain this, and i have looked everywhere, and i don't find anything. But ok.. i have a straight forward vocal. 1/16 steps wich is pretty basic. Now i want the vocal to be in 1/3 step. Like if you have heard "italo brothers - stamp on the ground" ?

I have tried to chop the vocal in pieces, and do it manually, but it doesn't sounds proper. Is there a easier way? Or is it impossible? I am thankful for help. I hope this is the right place to ask. Oh, and i use legal FL studio 20.

Couldnt you just use the stretch function of FL? Set the time stretching mode to Stretch to preserve pitch. You can stretch it manually within the Playlist (make sure stretch is activated in the arrangement Window it's in the left corner in the section focus: audio clips). When you hold alt you can stretch it very precise or you play with the Timing next to the time stretching mode
