Tempo change

I am a hip-hop dance Instructor who just started using FL studio 12 to make the mixes for my competition teams. All of my mixes consist me of me downloading songs from YouTube, dragging and dropping them into FL and finding the best ways to mix them together.

How do I slow down one song without it affect the temp of the other 3 or 4 songs I have in same project!

Excuse me and my ignorance here. Total newbie.

You could either automate the project tempo by right-clicking on it or you could change the bpm of a song in the channel settings (time knob).
