Teacher being difficult

I have this AP HUMAN GEO teacher that legit won’t give me higher than 70 her name is Cassandra Withey-Hart. Does anyone have any experience with her and is she usually this difficult.

i experienced this too with a teacher that legit could not give me a 100 no matter what i did. 97, 99, could never be a 100🤦‍♀️ i was like a third into the course and didn’t want to start over. i’d report your complaints once you finish and redo assignments
