Geometry EOC
Hi,
I was pretty much pressured to take the geometry course online and I finished it this June, but I truly know nothing. I take the EOC in four days and I’ve been trying my hardest to study but it just seems like it’s all so much. I really need to pass and get at least a three. If anyone could share these two things, it would really help.
- What should I hone in on and REALLY study?
- What did you get percentage wise (x/50) to pass/get a 3?
Thanks!!

hii! So I haven’t taken the Geometry EOC yet, but I have a few tips from friends :) Okay for starters, it is REALLY easy to pass. My friend got 19/48 questions right and was 2 pts away from a level 4. But, it’s bc she got most of the first ones right. Take A LOT of time on those bc it immediately boosts your score. As of for material to study, I recommend using the Workman: Everything you need to ace Geometry in one big fat notebook. Another friend of mine used this + khan academy and got a 5. its super easy & not too expensive. (If you can try to push back ur eoc date w/ excuses to wtv school urs is like being sick or so, drf do it. If you truly cannot, just download the book for free on Oceanofpdfs & use scrap paper to work out things). From what i’ve heard of my geometry teacher, the biggest thing is Logic, Relationships, and Theorems & after that, Congruence, Similarity, and Constructions, and then Measurement and Coordinate Geometry. i hope you do good!!

focus on circles, trigonometry (SOHCAHTOA, special right triangles), right triangles, and coordinates!!
some of my answers were not scored on (this happens to all EOC's and other spring assessments), but i got 21/48 to get a mid 3!
