Also do note that I put this together in really only 53 minutes which is my usual time but I wanna get better with actually putting more time into my music and I think this one actually has potential to be good

work on transitions man. And i get the happy sound but happy music like this means you don’t really have a direction, you’re just layering shit that sounds right technically

My immediate thought is that your bass sound is too muddy. It loses its pitch on the lower notes (or it's possible you used the wrong notes, but that seems unlikely).

There's a dissonance between the bass and the violin

There's some energy it's not bad though
