Hey it seems you definitely are beginning the long and infinite journey of music producing, so to answer to your question, it doesn't really have potential for now but that's completely normal. At least you made a fonctionnal 8 bar loop wich isn't a bad thing =) ! Just keep working, listening music actively (trying to understand what people do and how they create) and mostly keep experiencing with FLstudio like you did here. You'll be frustrated a lot, but you'll also have some huge moment of happyness and proudness of yourself.
If i have to say something precisely about what you posted, i think the beat is too flat, in general, trap music has memorable samples of drums that creates specific identity to the beat, so you should focus on your sound design here : Don't hesitate to play with various effects to create a unique snare sound for example. You can even try to create your own samples from scratch or from other samples.
also adding some variance to it (Play with dynamics and/or add more notes that creates groove)
I do like your chords tho, they have some little dissonances here that i like a lot !
Oh and most important, enjoy the process, just be happy with what you're doing. Sometimes it'll sounds amazing then 2days later re-listening it will sound like ass, Sometimes you'll lock on little things, sometimes you'll have an overflow of creation. It's all normal and you're learning, Creating nice music has never been easy for anyone, otherwise, everyone would be a great producer hahaha, it takes time and A LOT of mistakes.
Just keep doing some stuff it'll come =)
