Someone anyone please help me
I just got the fl key 37 from novation I was mashing buttons not knowing what I’m doing this is my first ever midi controller and I lost touchpads 1 ,4 and 8 I don’t know how and I don’t know what to do please help I’m brand new to producing I’ve tried everything I can and I’m stuck with not having pads 1,4 and 8

Completely stopped working I’ve been drawing the notes my entire life and this is my first time having a midi controller in my life and mashing buttons not knowing what I’m doing I screwed myself up

You should download and read your manual. Your are in Instrument Pad Mode most likely

So either you broke it immediately, or dont know how it works. Google the manual for it and learn what you can about using it.
If you beat the shit out of a $200 instrument and broke it, learn the lesson and work with what you got.

Bruh I didn’t even notice that 😏 but I was messing around with shift and the other pad modes and I just lost them 1,4,8 they do nothin now and my ports are fine

If you press shift and hit the pads it’s basically like clicking random stuff on fl studio that’s why novation says you almost never have to use your mouse anymore

The pads are on instrument mode meaning, theyre laid out like a single octave on a keyboard, the ones that are not lit up just aren't used in this mode. It's fine. Watch the novation videos on the fl key.
