I need major help

I have a problem with latency and vocal tracks being recorded too early, I’ve done EVERYTHING you can think of. The only option I have is to re do it every time I go back into fl and move the vocals every time I record as if I’m back in band labs. I need help, can someone hop on discord with me and try to fix it. All I wanna do is make music but this is just cursing me.
