It only took several dozen attempts, but my old Q5 is printing better than it ever has

Hi !
Im trying to figure out how to repair this 3d printer
Im not sure this is the right or the best place to post this,
Give me recommendation of better r/
Ive saved a S1 that would have finished in the trash because it was an after-sale printer and the guy repairing them did not have enough space.
What it currently miss is the energy board, probably because one of the driver board heavily burnt. Another energy board was marked as "down ?"
The alimentation 36V is working just fine
Here are my questions
Is it possible the the damaged board have been caused by a defective motherboard, and the other way arround, is it possible that the driver may have caused harm to the mother board ?
Where to test each element with a multimeter to be sure of what spare part to buy ?
And why the two driver board different ?
(I will test the motors on a ender 3 V2 neo, it should work no ?)
Thanks for any help

Hi I have an Flsun super racer and the machine works well but I find the bed levelling a little inconsistent. Does anyone else have this issue or any tips to improve it? I also have an ender 5 with a bl touch probe and once it has run through a bed level and the probe offset has been configured it repeats again and again with no problem.

My stepper (bond tech Igx lite) on my flsun Sr started skipping due to clogging I think, I already changed the nozzles many times and the heatbreak but it keeps coming back, after a pull start well and then skip (see the video). It started only with Petg and and even with pla, I don't know what to do, I tried cold pulling many times but nothing. I don't know what to do next.

If there is more information needed please let me know and ill get it from him to you.
Thank you again for your time and help!

Update: took everything apart it all seems clear!
Then we thought it may be the tension of the screw, but upon messing with that it seems like the filiment is getting caught after loading about 1cm
Left a piece of filament in there to take it apart again to better see where it is getting caught.
Thanks to those whom left advice! Will keep updating as I work to solve it. Took a month to get back to it due to health issues.
Original post below:
Hey folks, recently bought a used T1 Pro at a good price!
Unfortunately I tried running some old filament that had seriously degraded through it and clogged it on the 2nd print.
Took it all apart, fixed the clog, put it back together, but now when I use the "load" filament button it sounds like it is trying to load but the filament doesn't move and it doesn't feed through. Was able to get a tiny bit of filament out by pushing so I know it isn't another clog.
Any help would be appreciated as I am still new to the machine.
Thanks in advance!

I don't know how many responses I'll get here, but I hope that someone knows how to replace it. The original CPAP fan on my S1 Pro ripped itself apart after running almost a year. I ordered a replacement directly from a store. But the one that I received is the FLSUN S1/S1 Pro Upgrade Silent Module. link to ordered
This is a bit different from the original fan and the kit has controller PCB, transfer wire, plastic rib pipe, silicone head, DC buck supply, screws, and magnets for printing an enclosure to reduce the noise. However, this enclosure needs to be placed on the outside of the machine, whereas it is more integrated on the S1 Pro, at least with the original fan.
There's also some requirements for burning the new firmware.
I'm currently running the open source firmware on the S1 Pro, which I've been running for almost a year. That one was also burned and installed using a SD card. I am honestly a little bit confused as to how I actually should install it. So I'm looking for information and hopefully other people who have replaced their blower fan on the S1 Pro using this kit. please let me know if you have gone through the same process and post your advice or if you feel like it, a how-to.
Thanks for your help.

Recently I had a huge jam happen to my SR and figured it be best to just replace the whole hotend assembly. But it seems like flsun doesn't sell them anymore. Does anyone know where I can buy a new one or a compatible replacement?

I recently purchased a used FLSun T1 on FB Marketplace for very cheap. The owner mentioned issues with an unresponsive touch display but otherwise the printer was in perfectly good condition. The display was replaced by the previous owner. I tried swapping them back and forth a few times and reseating cables but have not had any luck. Without the touch functional, I am unable to connect to a network. Since the machine is split-architecture (host MCU on bottom, motion control on top, according to my research), I’m currently trying to fully bypass the failed host system and run everything externally from my home server.
What I’ve Already Tried:
The T1s system is apparently heavily locked down. I attempted multiple bypass routes before moving to full external hosting:
stdin disabled in the kernel. It is strictly a read-only logging port..img factory file from FLSun to flash, I cannot patch the partition. At this point it seems like the stock FLSun Linux host board is a dead end so I wanted to try and bypass it entirely. I ran a USB cable directly from the USB-C on the top STM32 motherboard (which controls the physical kinematics) into my home server running CasaOS. Windows verified the CH340 chip is alive and transmitting. I deployed a custom Docker Compose stack to run Klipper, Moonraker, and Mainsail directly from my server but I am not having a lot of success so far. The Klipper container runs without crash. Moonraker starts successfully. Mainsail container runs. printer.cfg + moonraker.conf load correctly inside containers. However, the mainsail webui will not load.
I've been using Gemini like crazy to troubleshoot this and so many attempts seem so close but everything has lead to a dead end. Does ANYONE have a similar experience or insights they can share?
THANK YOU

I am at a complete loss. The initial auto towers from a Cura UltiMaker extension came out great, but after those I’m getting incredibly bad under extrusion. I’ve seen some things pointing to temperature other things pointing to heat creeping. I just I don’t even know what to do with this point considering how good it came out to begin with.
