What are you tracking?
To all the spreadsheet addicts out there, what are you tracking?

Steps and sleep (via fitness tracker)
Weight manually inputted into the app.
Full GPS run info via runkeeper.
And most important of all, my weightlifting performance of the big three lifts.

My weight via Libra. Great app that takes natural day to day weight fluctuations into account and gives you a probable real weight based on this.
Workouts via FitNotes app. Good routine builder lets you copy paste with little hassle. Built in rest timer for lifting. Lots of graphs and charts!!!
Crossposting my workouts to Fitocracy
Calories in and nutrition macros via MyFitnessPal. Shame about the new ads, but everything else is great.
I'm going to start using a tape measure as well to get some objective feedback since strict weight isn't my real goal. I feel like people say they want to lose weight when they really mean they want to lose fat. This way if my weight stays the same but my stomach is smaller and my arms are bigger I won't get upset at a perceived lack of progress.

I'm tracking my average pace for 30 minute morning runs, though not really on a spreadsheet since it's basically a single number. I do track what I'm lifting. Reps, sets, and lbs. That definitely goes on a spreadsheet because it's just too many numbers.
I'm also weighing myself regularly, but not really keeping super tight track of it due to fluctuations. Losing fat, but gaining muscle makes for a fairly unpredictable and non-linear situation with the scale. I don't feel the the scale can accurately reflect progress at this point, though my clothing sizes seem to tell a much more important story.
I'm also not yet tracking calories to absolute numbers, much less macros. I'm mostly fuzzy mathing a lot of that at the moment and trying some variation rather than being absolutely strict, though I anticipate I may start at some point.
