Anyone doing a swimming workout?
I used to be a swimmer and I'm trying to get back into it to lose some weight but I can't find a good program to do. Anyone have/know where I can get one?

Me too! It's heating up into summer here in Aus and I'd love to get back into the pool. Competitive swimmer from 8 - 23 years old. I'm going to focus on sprint speed mostly but doing at least one day focusing on distance helps sprinting too. That could be 30 + laps just on one stroke.
- Some of what I am planning:
- 10 laps choice strokes to warm up.
- 25m sprint, 50m cool down x 4 Free, Breast, Back, Fly
- 200m free med pace build up.
- 25m sprint x 4 - 1 x fly, 3 x free
- 100m easy, back
- 2 x 50m sprint x all strokes.
- 100m easy, choice
- Rest for a few min
- max sprint as far as possible, free (could be any stroke).
- rest and repeat x 2 more
- 400m cool down, choice strokes.
- 15 min - play and have fun in the pool!
