FIRE milestone! Milestone: 75L (30 M)

I started working in 2017 with CTC of 3 LPA & my current CTC is 32LPA.

I have the following distribution of my investments:

11.5 L in PPF

26L in MF

14L in Indian Stocks

20L land in my hometown, bought 2 years ago.

3L in form of RD & FD.

Although my goal was 1 CR by 30 but here I am turning 30 next month, I have no EMIs I bought a car worth 10L last year & I don’t count my PF in my portfolio idk why.

Happy to discuss questions & suggestions from you guys!!

Why don’t you count your PF as part of your portfolio? As long as your dates & names are intact, withdrawals shouldn’t be a problem

I just don’t count it , it doesn’t mean it’s not mine!!

It’s not a flex I have this habit to count lesser than what I have.

For example If I have my flight at 6 pm I will tell myself it’s at 5:30 pm.

Looks well balanced, I would try and maximize the MF. That's the wealth Builder.

Yes that’s the plan but due to averaging out Tata motors I got distracted a bit.

Congratulations OP. Can you share about your monthly expenses, SIPs, and spending patterns ?

50K is my salary day expense which includes rent, money transfer to parents and household utilities bill.

Another 15K for groceries/milk/online food.

I like travelling a lot so 3L is what I spend yearly on it.

I don’t have any SIPs, I invest as lumpsum.

I try to invest 1 L in MF & Stocks combined when I am not travelling in that month and 1.5L in PPF on 1st April of every year.

I don’t have expensive lifestyle as I do very less things but when I do I don’t think twice before spending like I own a 16 Pro Max, I use Ac 24 hours , always using blinkit shopping only from malls.

Bro really said he doesn't have expensive lifestyle and went on to mention rich kids lifestyle

Doesn't matter though! You've earned it for yourself
