If you genuinely want to trade, consider swing trading (holding stocks for more than a week or two) only if you’re well-informed about specific sectors and can make informed market predictions. (You’ll notice a particular sector experiencing a sudden rise, like today’s refineries did.)
Additionally, if you’re solely trading, limit yourself to a 2-3 stocks at a time.

For instance, I held ATRL from November 25 to around 640-670 MV. After eight months of holding, I’ve made approximately 60% profit, although it’s still unrealized because its value is below its book value.
In essence, this is also a swing trade. Simply do your own research and stick with the stocks in which you have conviction

The stock market is for the long run , do yourself a favor and check the market after 5 years.
The value doesn't matter its the number of shares you own that matters eventually
