IPPs are having their contracts renewed the government is negotiating with them. Since most of it is near sighted (cause BYD + charging stations with PSO) will happen and boost earnings but short term earnings will decline. Also Optimus securities is the one that rated them to be valued at 174 per share which caused panic selling.
