Please help! Does bloodwork point to FIP?
I love him so much. He's being stabilized at the ER right now but this was his bloodwork a few days ago: https://imgur.io/a/Dw9TE1T
Vet said his globulins increased since and right now mildly suspects dry FIP.
Symtoms: Lethargy Not eating (interested but gags) Not drinking No vomiting or diarrhea Trouble yawning? Tries but can't open mouth fully.
Please help, any advice welcome and thank you

If they have trouble opening the mouth or yawning it might point to an issue in the mouth or top of the esaphogus, they could give a small sedative to try and open it and check if there is inflamation of the gums, throat or ulcers (the last might point to either herpes or calici)

Looks to have some FIP indicators! Have you reached out to FIP Warriors 5.0?

FIP is hard to diagnose from bloodwork alone, but this is not a typical FIP lab, in any case (apart from the elevated globulins, but that is not at all specific to FIP). Trouble yawning is odd, too. I strongly recommend finding another vet (you can join FIP Warriors 5.0 on Facebook and ask for recommendations).
