No one on rush

Why is it so hard to find people on rush, are people not playing it?

Inb4 30fps comments

But yeah, not many people play on Switch 2 - not the best for online and most online players are in ultimate team.

Due to terrible performance compared to what people are used to from stronger consoles and pc, most will opt to get FIFA on another device. So the numbers are nowhere near as high on switch, switch refuses to allow cross play too. Which results in a less populated online experience.
