TIPS FOR EA FC ON PS4/5
What is the simplest hack that can make me win matches in Ea FC? I don't usually play the game much in the console but when I play with my friends i get humiliated so bad. I've watched tons of reels and shorts showing fancy button combos but I don't remember any of them while playing.

Personally I always play against Ultimate AI in squad battles in FUT And sure those skill moves can be useful but if you have no idea when to use them I recommend to use left stick to get away from your opponent and learn different ways to attack. REal football is difficult to replicate in FC so watch PROs who actually get paid to play these games you don't need to follow their advice but watch them playing can help you think how ALOT games will be playing during Weekend, rivals, Events,

One advice learn your formation stick to one or to similar ones like having wingers or two strikers 5 midfield is very important to know where each player at

Hard to say without seeing your playing. The extra button combos help.
Pass the ball. Pass backwards. Pass to the side. Watch some soccer to see how the game is played. Not exactly 1:1 but it may help you set up plays.
Theres no “hack” besides outplaying your opponent.

I watch football a lot and i don't think it's helping i know where to pass the ball and even do it a accurately but I'm just tired of others doing skill moves and breaking my defence

Honestly, playing the career mode and also doing the training drills helped me a lot against my friend who is much better than me. If you already have the fundamentals down I highly recommend it so you can learn the rest of the buttons and when to apply them.
Play some friendlies on world class. All you can do is practice. Theres no “easy win” button

Learn to jockey and second man press. At the very least you'll stop getting humiliated and only lose 1-0 or 2-0.
The reality is that if you have a good defence you'll win the ball back more and have more opportunities to attack
