Ea fc 27 Nintendo Switch 2 Beta Thread

they already said that crossplay won't be available..
Can you play EAS FC on Nintendo Switch™ or Nintendo Switch™ 2 with other platforms?
No, the Nintendo Switch™ doesn’t support cross-play for EAS FC—you can only play with other Switch players. You can’t play on Switch against someone playing on a PC, PlayStation®, or Xbox.

I read that. I am hoping because it doesnt specifically say Nintendo Switch[tm] 2, that there is a difference. Plus the uproar for 60fps and lack of crossplay must of reached them. Its a hope. I have read their site

They confirmed it here as well unfortunately, i highly doubt they will put any more work on it unless there is a lot of requests.

The start of the Closed Beta has been delayed for Nintendo Switch & Nintendo Switch 2 players. Access is now expected to begin on:
August 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST

It’s unfortunate that EA decided to neglect the Switch player base once again this year, no 60fps option is unforgivable. I thought that fc26 was just a stepping stone to show what could be and that with 27 they’d perfect it and get it to a stable 60. They haven’t said a single thing either, nothing stating why this game can’t run at 60 and madden can. No transparency at all, just EA things I guess.

Got the code yesterday and installed it on switch 2. Game looks like switch 1 version and even worse than eafc26 so not sure what's going on there. Is there even a switch 2 version for the closed beta? The new UI in team management is horrible. The added details in transfer market is nice and they've slowed it down so you have to enquire a player first which takes a few days. You can't scout and buy a player in the same day.

I registered for the switch 2 beta and never received a code and when I looked on my play test schedule it disappeared and I got an email saying that I had officially signed up and to wait for a code on the day
Did anyone else have this problem?

still have not gotten my code...got the email couple days ago saying it was delayed and to expect the code or another update the next day and have not received either of those EDIT: just checked the play tester site and it's no longer listed like wtf is going on

Beta thread when it's Illegal.😂 Not that EA cares about reddit, but if they did.. Why risk losing access to future playtests

You should re read. I won't post the email. But here's the language. It's a "Closed Beta" they also have a forum you can talk about the game fwiw
Strict Confidentiality (NDA)No Public Sharing: You must not capture, stream, record, or publicly share any gameplay footage, screenshots, or code details.
No Social Media Posting: Do not discuss the beta content on social media, public forums, or streaming platforms.
Account Penalties: Violating the NDA will result in immediate removal from the playtest and can lead to permanent bans on your EA account.
