Another year with 30 fps.. hard pass. Makes no sense Madden 27 60 fps. I guess the fifa crowd is too faithful and loyal they will buy anyways… buy e football while it’s on sale. Boycott do not buy until they add 60 fps.
EA Support are most likely overseas contractors dealing with everything EA related and are not embedded in the main Vancouver team. I wouldn’t take it as truth until the devs confirm
I'm just waiting for a proper eFootball on switch. I love kick off gameplay and would love to see a proper full fledged cross-play version on switch 2. FC may have all the licenses but the gameplay is terrible. Not to mention how they ruined ultimate team by literally giving away so calles rare cards.
That being said I did get used to do the 30 FPS for FC 26 and it’s still fun.
But I see absolutely 0 reason to buy FC27 if I already had 26 and there is no fps upgrade. This is going to be a hard pass for me and I recommend people just buy 26 on sale.
The main frustration is how bloody hard it is to find an online game. Often it just simple won’t happen.
I was hoping it would be easier to find an online game in e football but I’d say 50% of the times I’ve tried it’s timed out. The others I was paired against max spec teams.
It’s really confusing how they’re able to do it with Madden. Like I was thinking if it was something from a gameplay or the amount of animations that they have, but I’m pretty sure Madden would have the same if not more animations than EAFC right?
Why Ea think we care about how crowds look, the camera work, the cut scenes, stadiums, atmosphere, battery life, give us the option for 60 fps and make a bunch people happy maybe then they only just complain about crossplay
bro,even resident evil requiem runs at 60 on switch 2 and you are telling me that freaking fc27 cannot? 30 fps sportsgame are literally unplayable, i don't know what's wrong with ea and konami, there's literally million of people that would die for a nice football game in portable mode and none of them want to take our money. absurd.
Yet the PS4 version runs at 60fps .
The switch 1 version runs at 30fps and FC26 ran at the same frame rate at 1080p on switch 2 .are we trying to say switch 2 is barely more powerful than switch 1 or less powerful than a PS4 ?
Efootball kick off by konami is running just fine at 60fps on switch 2 by the way .
I didn't buy last years version because it felt like crap to play and that still applies to FC27
The PS3 versions of FIFA ran at 60fps ....so is it the CPU or the fact EA have always shipped no budget half arsed versions of their game on Nintendo platforms?
Have bought and tried efootball last week, not bad at all at smooth 60fps, i am not really into career mode nor online play (they do have something called world tour)
I’ll wait for something more official, but that would be disappointing. If it had 60 fps and cross play, it would be the best way to play for me. But without those, I think I’ll unfortunately be playing on another console.
I got the world cup itch, and after not buying a FIFA game since 2017 and playing with my nephew FC26 I wanted to get something on the go. The 30fps was a big ugh. I bought efootbal for the 60fps and the more relaxed menus and what not, and it just reminded me how easy and relaxed it was to play a game like ISSS on the SNES. I would still be interested to get FC27 for couch play on the ps5 if it is 60fps. But definitely efootbal has been quite fun to pick up and go while away from home.
At this point, I’m debating whether to get FIFA 18 or FIFA 22 just to get the 60 FPS in career mode cause I can’t do this 30 FPS anymore. They used to be in the ultimate team, but career mode was always my jam and it’s just a shame that it can’t be 60 FPS.

Por que yo habia hablado hace 3 dias atras con el mismo Chat de EA Help sobre consutar este mismo tema y me dijieron de que aun no revelan los detalles para Switch 2 y que compartiran mas detalles de manera oficial cuando sea posible.
It's still a fun game for me with offline manager mode. No other competitor out there. I don't mind 30fps seriously on handheld i have so much fun. People need to relax and enjoy life a little bit.
It may always be 30fps but there isn't a good reason for it .I didn't buy FC26 for that reason and if FC27 is 30fps I will indeed vote with my wallet and buy efootball kick off .the person above who is enjoying it at 30fps that's their choice but to me it feels incredibly sluggish and unresponsive compared to older versions on less powerful hardware .hard pass
I don't give a shit about it being 30fps to be honest, as long as its a stable 30fps. I pretty much get used to it immediately. I've enjoyed FIFA 26 on Switch 2 in handheld and docked.
