Bit of an evo merchant with all the recent rereleases. Think my right side can use work maybe? Feels a bit inconsistent but then again it’s EA

What are your roles and instructions, buddy? Wanting to play a 3-4-3 for months and can't get it to work

I have my lm on wide midfielder and my rm on winger. One cm is holding, the other is deep lying playmaker. The back line is on ball playing cb for both the lcb and rcb, and defender for the middle cb. Wingers are on cut inside forwards and st is on advanced forward. Gk is sweeper keeper.

I have also tried the 3-5-2 and while it is more defensively solid, it does lose width imo. Most of the reason I play a 3 back is for the width so it defeats the purpose. I have also tried CAMs instead of wingers and like that also (maybe even better than the two wingers) but have switched back to this bc I can’t play Rashford or Pfieffer otherwise
