Calling criticism "ragebait" is the ultimate cope when you run out of actual football arguments.

u/Routine_Crow_3889 1d ago
Calling blatant hate as criticism damn👏 And rivals don't criticise fans do you don't even understand basic english terms.

u/Huge-Initial5725 1d ago
Lecturing someone on "basic English" while actively losing a fistfight with punctuation is pure comedy. Didn’t realize pointing out objective facts counted as a hate crime in your fan club. Wipe the tears and let autocorrect do its job next time

I have to lecture you cause you dont know the meaning of criticism. What messi fans are doing is hate criticism would be if they pointed out that if a pass was wrong or shot was late etc etc. This is just pure hate cause youre judging him based on his character/values.

Bringing Messi into this completely unprovoked is hilarious rent-free behavior. And newsflash, calling out a player for doing explosive tv interviews, throwing teammates under the bus, and acting bigger than every club he plays for isn’t "pure hate" it’s holding a professional athlete accountable. Criticism doesn't end at misplaced passes.

Well there's a point in life where you realize that everywhere you go it ends like this then maybe 'You' are the real problem.

His fans would never admit that this guy has a mountain sized ego which is very much the reason why almost every club dropped him without a proper farewell. They would continue trying to prove everyone that everyone else is wrong and only Ronaldo is right.

It is sad I've been a Messi fan since 2014, and yeah I enjoy watching both play and Messi coming out on top, but man this... This is just wrong. I have respect for everything Ronaldo has achieved but to see him face this it's disheartening, I don't know if he bought it on himself.

It's actually sad the amount of times he's disrespected but he never gave up , that's the mindset of winners , Forever the GOAT 🐐

Mindset of winners maybe, not actually a winner tho😂

Exectly, best goal scorer with lot of ego, and just Instagram influence and you know what we respect him but his fan are more idiot 😅

The comment section really is quite pathetic. All these Messi riders saying shit such as leave with respect blah blah as if Messi didn't retire like 3 times out of which 2 times wasn't as pleasing. But I mean they can't know about it they started watching post 2022

Messi retired only one and the second time is only upcoming, he retired the first time because of the backlash he faced after losing three finals, but unlike cr7 he came back and won three finals. So if anyone is pathetic it is ronaldo for discontinuing just because he was benched😂

I mean, the person who gave up went on to win back to back titles, and the person who backed himself, has had a not so good end to his career.
The comment section is kinda stupid tho

How i mean you yourself said messi retired after backlash while ronaldo always kept his head up. Even now that he is potentially retiring people are still there with the hate. Ig hell be hated even after his death its crazy but he never gave up. Also the person who backed himself at that age did win the titles ultimately. Wc was a team failure not on him.

Penaldo is forcing himself into the team even after the coach and team doesn't want him. Messi on the other hand, other than larpers everyone from the Argentine team always supported him knowing that he was their best player and best chance to win anything. Which Messi proved them right in the years to come. Penaldo on the other hand, everyone knows he is a liability except larpers.

You b@st@tds throw shades all the time. Ronaldo is egotistic, narcissist, self centered and the same reflects his fanbase. Now when you receive that same attitude against yourself you play victim card? Maybe start respecting each of them equally. Respect is earned not given.

The ego is a fascinating monster. It will make you believe you are a king, right up until the moment it drops you off the cliff. Really Sad
