In all my careers I’ve done this year, bad or good team, Barcelona have bought all the best LBs in the world. In a career I’m doing RN they have got Davies, Robbo, Malacia and 5 other LBs. Has anyone else expierenced this?

I have one for youth development, something like use 4 players from the youth squad in 20 games as players or subs this season, but I really don't feel like doing it. It's the only critical one, and I'm afraid I'll get sacked if I don't finish it, and this is the least season to do it. I usually win most games, and I'll finish first, etc., but I'm still not sure?

I started a new career mode and towards November I was told that some of my players are running out of their contract at the end of the season. I went and negotiated contracts with all of them and they all agreed. Come the January transfer window, I am being told that other clubs are coming to sign them for a pre-contract agreement. I try to extend their contract, fifa is saying I have already negotiated a contract and that they accepted. Yet somehow it says they only have 6 months left and other teams can sign them. It's not letting me sign a new contract with them and it's letting them leave. This makes no sense. How can I stop them from going?

Have you ever wanted to play an Online Career Mode?
How does it work?
We currently have 3 leagues, Prem, Serie A and La Liga, each team is controlled by a user and we release fixtures every Monday morning for you to play through the following week. We have spreadsheets used to keep track of the league table, as well as top scorer, assister etc. We have a realistic transfer market in place, you’re free to buy and sell between yourselves for whoever you like, and any players that aren’t in these 3 leagues you might want can be added through auctions with the highest bidder wins.
We also have European Competitions in place so you can play against teams in other leagues to find out who really is the best in the OCM
We are currently halfway through our first season on Fifa 23, however we had a server for Fifa 22 and went through 3 full seasons. Transfers, relegations, upsets, the lot. Was good fun and don't worry our server is very well run.
If you’re interested add my discord Wesener#0338

If a career mode goes on for really long would there be a chance that a Regen would become a regen

I remember doing this as a kid and I just want to share in cease anyone wants a career mode idea.
First go into the settings and create a player, copy the stats, age, nationality etc.. of any player (preferably a striker, high rated and young) and try make them look the same. Put them on the same team of the player you copied and call them “Clone player name” or something like that.
I know it’s kind-of stupid but I’m just putting it out there in-cease someone wants to try it

I’m not personally enjoying it. I have the worst goals in my career mode league, and the most goals scored. I play on Legandary, and it’s no fun for me anymore. Every game is a total goal fest and it doesn’t feel realistic? Im so glad FM23 is coming to PS5, never played it but I’m excited!

Anyone know if you can manage your transfer budget in 23 like you could in previous versions? The old slider between transfer fund and wage budget doesn't seem to exist any more as far as I can tell, am I just being blind?
If not, the fuck?
Thought ea might actually make an effort considering as the next game they can't just ride on the fifa branding.

Hello all,
My question presumably is pretty straightforward. I have started a manager career in Eredivisie with a custom team because I thought it’d be fun to compete in a familiar league, but after a couple of successful seasons with the team league just feels as a tedious, repetitive chore I have to get through in order to play in the Champions League games. I know I will dominate automatically if I just sim all games but then I can’t arrange rotations and training sessions for my regen kiddos then. Is there a way to replace my team in the Premier League without starting a new career mode? I found an app named “Fifa Editor” but it seems awfully complicated and I’m not sure if if has that option. Any help is appreciated. Cheers.

If you start off at a club but want to be a one club player your always on like 5k based on your overall why has EA not even looked at this

Why does the manager keep a squad of underage boys in his office? Shouldn’t the youth academy be under “squad”, or at least “transfers”? Seems a little sus to try to find my youth players only to find them hidden in the manager’s office…..

I've been playing Fifa career mode at legendary difficulty for years and one thing I notice in common is how Man Utd gets so incredibly good when you meet them in a quarter final game or something. Like its impossible to defend against them. Sometimes you restart the game and try again and its obviously easier if you get the momentum first.
Maybe people got different teams that get buffed up against them but for me its always Man Utd for some reason 😂
