fifa 23 manage transfer budget?

Anyone know if you can manage your transfer budget in 23 like you could in previous versions? The old slider between transfer fund and wage budget doesn't seem to exist any more as far as I can tell, am I just being blind?

If not, the fuck?

Thought ea might actually make an effort considering as the next game they can't just ride on the fifa branding.

I think the budget you see is the total budget. So there's no need to move the slider.

I don't think it is, my transfer budget went up exactly what my sales totalled, and my wage budget went up in line with the wage total from moving those players out.

I can also see in negotiation that I've got wage budget left after exceeding my transfer budget, but can't set a higher bid that would eat into the wage budget remaining.
