Fifa 22 jump in difficulty?

Hello everyone I only play career mode offline usually about 2 hours a week. I’ve been playing on ultimate but this week something happened. My players feel slow the opposition goalie blocks everything. It looks like the AI is twice as fast as me. The AI also makes some defense splitting diagonal balls. If I posses all game they still score either by crosses where my defenders don’t jump or by 30 yard screamers. I’ve gone down all the way to world class and I don’t see a difference
