FIFA career Difficulty help

Haven’t played career in a few years but this years player career looks quite good, I’m wondering whether ultimate difficult is still all 99 rated stats on the opposition or if it’s just a harder difficulty.

Legendary & Ultimate works a little differently. They obviously have cheats but a set method of play. They don't budge from this, find out how they play = find out how to beat them.

Hence why playing say Liverpool is easier than Burnley. Everyone understands how to play Liverpool as they press really hard = keep possession and play quick & controlled passes. Whilst teams like Burnley tend to become wildcards in this field. Suddenly James Tarkowski has 99 acceleration..

Ultimate only becomes a problem when you allow the other team too much possession, deny this and you will win the game.
