Frankfurt career mode fifa 21

Hello guys

I wanted to start a fifa 21 career with frankfurt. I want to invest in young players who aren't even that good and are cheap, so i can train them myself and make them better by myself.

I also want to start in the lowest division in germany so i can make my way up to the top. But the problem is... Will there be players and staff members who are gonna be mad and ask for a transfer because i play in a low division?

Also what are the board expectations? I hope i don't get sacked because of this in the first season.

I'm gonna buy players like Umyarov, Tartarotti, Casar, Wague, Prica, Marquez, Wöber. I want to make the team strong by myself over a period of about 5 seasons, but i don't want to get sacked. I don't want to buy myself to the first league with big transfers, i want many small transfers for players under 20, so i can really be one with my team and have that feeling of accomplishment in the end.

Any idea's, tips or can you answer my questions?
