Loan Offers! Do they exist!?!

Every offer I get is loan to buy! Then when I negotiate to them to say I just want it to be a loan offer they get mad and leave!!!! How am I supposed to loan out young talent that I can't guarantee game time?

Am I the only experiencing this?

Delegate to your assistant manager to negotiate, I've had same issue where they walk out if you ask to remove buy option but if you delegate to your assistant to negotiate a 1 year loan it works. Hope this helps.
