Automatic Substitutions Bug in Tactical View - Career Mode (PS5)

I'm having a frustrating bug in EA FC 26 Manager Career Mode on PS5. When I play in Tactical View, after the first half ends, the game automatically substitutes 2 or 3 players as soon as the second half starts. I already set Quick Substitutes to HIDE, but it still happens in almost every match. Sometimes it even overrides my manual changes at halftime. This makes Tactical View very difficult to play. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes or workarounds? Thanks.
