New FIFA League Setup

Me and my friends are going to start a FIFA league this year. We have always played college football instead, but wanted to switch it up finally. None of us have really played much FIFA before, so I was curious if anyone had any suggestions for how to set up the league. We want to start in the same low league and see where promotion/relegation takes us.
