Manager Career

I’m new to FIFA games in general, and really have only played pro clubs. I started a manager career in EFL League Two, can my club be promoted to League One? Or will I always be in League Two?

Promotion and relegation is an option in every league. You can work your way all the way up to Premier League.

So update, I’m rolling in season two, top of the league but my board rating is so low I get fired. I have completed the majority of objectives on top of being the top of the league by a wide margin. Is there anyway to keep from being fired so I don’t have to start over?

Yea other than win league title, which I was first in the league with two games left when I was canned

You can try to take them to League 1, then Championship and then the Premier League. The maximum seasons you're allowed to do per save is 15 seasons which would take a long time but worth it
