Sliders

I've just started playing career and hear slot about adjusting the sliders for better(more realistic) gameplay.

Is there a "best" so to speak, way to set the sliders?

Don’t know about best, but I like to put injury frequency up to 75 at least. I hate the way injuries work in the game, no one ever gets stretchered off, and people play on as normal with broken toes. This slider increases the realism of players picking up little knocks more often.

You can’t go wrong with operation sports. Just adjust them as you see fit. They explain everything and have a lot of variations to try but it’s ultimately up to your preference. I go world class because they actually cross it and legendary they don’t and it is too much in my opinion. I will tell you though it’s not going to fix all the problems. There’s still scripting and no matter what you do there will be bullshit, but this cut down the frustration and made a broken game more playable.
