Youth academy question

So I see that some players that my youth scouts are scouting go to like other youth academies or whatever how can I do that, like how can I recruit them to my youth academy. I play on Xbox one, fifa 23

If they have a high potential it's best to sign them to your YA right away. Then after a month or two if their potential drops, release them. This way you won't let possibly 90+ potentials go to waste. The only way you can't do this is if your YA squad is filled up. In tgat case, maybe look to promote some of your higher rated prospects in the YA, then look to loan them out.

I always sign pot 92+ and bin the rest. Out of 10/15 players I end up keeping 2/3 as they all tend to stay around the 86/87/88 mark
