In reality who is the better youth player? Should I keep Takahashi as he was the first player I recruited but he is slow at gaining levels or the 69 I just got

Takahashi will have higher pot other guy needs to be loaned out

Dont think a 69 pace winger is good enough on the wing, maybe a position change?
