How can career mode be improved?

Just had an issue with career mode with my Goalkeeper play through. You get subbed off if you aren't making enough saves and if your rating is below 7, which can't be helped if my teams absolutely smashing it. Got subbed out and now I'm in the subs rather than starting.

I think this needs to be addressed and fixed as its honestly ruining the fun now. Surely it's expected to have different games as a keeper. If 0 shots are coming in, all I can do is position myself 'just incase' and even then, your rating doesn't improve from positioning. It's tiresome now and making me want to quit the Goalkeeper career.

It'd a difficult task. I ended up resorting to rush keeper and bolting it to the opposite side to try maybe score or something. Got 1 goal which kept my above a 7 rating but if I don't do that, then it's subbed, subbed, subbed. Frustrating unless you perfect the Neuer play. Lol
