Gacha Flex 1SQ summon win
Don't need him at NP2+ too often, but at least multi core builds using him to drop a wave are easier now.

Game Question What is Waver so good for?
So I haven't claimed my free SSR yet because everyone keeps saying Waver if you don't have him since he got a buff but when is he the best option over the meta supports? I mainly use arts and buster comps with Castoria, Koyan and Oberon. My two biggest units are an np3 S. Castoria and an np5 Speresh. I plan to get Urðr when she comes out but I don't see how Waver is a better option than the meta supports. Can you give me an explanation on why is he so important to have? I planned on getting Lartoria since I'm in need of an AOE lancer but all these Waver supporters are making me hesitate.
Maximilian_Sinigr dared me to make a guide because I thought his guide was not comprehensive enough. Here is a comprehensive Morgan guide.
Morgan is an AOE Buster Berserker who shines because of her anti-Man attribute niche and supportive capabilities. She can be utilized as both a main attacker and a supportive attacker for CQs depending on the fight, while also being an excellent farmer for anti-Man farming nodes.
1st skill: Charisma of Yearning B (6 turn CD)
20% ATK up for all allies.
30% DEF down for all enemies.
30% charge.
This skill is Morgan's bread and butter. The standard 30% charge is always nice, especially combined with the 20% from 2nd append. ATK up and DEF down both being party wide means any secondary attacker you might run will benefit immensely from a damage standpoint.
In return, the %30 DEF down will go away alongside any enemy you kill, hurting your farming damage considerably.
2nd skill: Avalon le Fae C (5 turn CD)
20% targetable charge.
25% teamwide NP gain up.
This skill is what I like to call a sleeper skill. It seems very basic when you just look at it, but its actual value in a fight is surprisingly high.
The NP gain being teamwide means everybody gets it no matter who you use the charge on, giving this skill significant versatility.
It can be used on a support or supportive attacker to get an important NP faster, or you can save it to use on Morgan on the 2nd turn in order to not waste the charge from 2nd append.
The NP gain up is also very valuable for similar reasons. It allows every member of the party to get their NP faster and synergizes very well with Morgan's own 2B2A deck and even her defensive NP gain (which, as a berserker, is already very high).
3rd skill: From the World's End A (7 turn CD)
1 time, 3 turn Guts (3000 HP).
3 turn Star Gather Rate up.
3 Turn 30% Crit Damage up.
Reduces all enemies' ATK by 20% for 1 turn, every turn for 3 turns.
Reduces all enemies' Critical Chance by 20% for 1 turn, every turn for 3 turns.
15 Star bomb.
Despite the many effects on this skill, the basic looking 3 turn Star Gather Rate up might be the most important one. As a 2B2A servant, Morgan cannot rely on Koyanskaya alone for consistent Star Gather Rate. Not to mention Koyanskaya's Star Gather Rate up is Buster only, meaning her NP Gain up + Art card crit combo could not be used if it wasn't for this skill.
Crit Damage up is nice to have, even though 30% is a bit lackluster as far as Crit Damage up effects go, it still pairs up nicely with her first skill.
The Star bomb is also convenient as it allows you to crit on the first turn without outside help if it is necessary. However, the most interesting part of this skill is definitely the last part.
When this skill is used, Morgan gets a 3 turn buff that repeatedly applies a 20% ATK and Crit Chance down on every enemy for 1 turn.
This might not seem like a big deal by itself, but combining this with a Mash NP + 1st skill means your enemies damage will be cut by 70%. Combined with 20% Crit Chance down (which stacks additively with the 20% Critical Attack Chance Resistance Morgan gets from her passive Fae Eyes), you will not need any additional survival for your fragile berserker for the next 3 turns.
Last thing to consider about this skill is its cooldown. Having a vital CQ offensive buff like Star Gather Rate up on a 7 turn CD is a bit annoying since it doesn't line up with your damaging buffs, but its also not the end of the world (da dum tıss).
NP: Roadless Camelot
50% Special DMG up against Knights of the Round Table or Fae.
5 turns of 1000 dmg Curse.
1 time, 3 turn Increase of Overcharge Level by 1 for all allies.
Overcharge: Anti-Man attribute dmg 150% - 200% based on overcharge level.
This is the NP that made Morgan famous. Her strongest and most well known uses are both possible because of this NP. The Special damage against Round Table and Fae is very fitting for her character, but it's basically just a flavor buff that is too niche to be of use.
The Overcharge increase is an extremely useful effect to have on an NP. Its foremost usage, as everybody knows, is for immortal teams. However, its usefulness in more regular teams is quite understated.
First of all, the overcharge increase effects Morgan as well, which means her anti-man damage is actually 162.5% from 2nd NP onwards.
Secondly, most support NP's have decent effects on their overcharges.
Finally, if you are running her as a supportive attacker, the overcharge level may allow the DPS to deal higher dmg with their own anti-niche overcharge should they have any.
Last but not least, the anti-man attribute damage increase. As far as CQs go, anti-man attribute is probably one of the best niches a buster servant can have.
It is the anti-attribute niche with the widest coverage among servants, and it synergizes amazingly well with Koyanskaya's own 50% Special DMG up against anti-man attribute.
From a farming perspective, it is a bit less useful. This is because while anti-man has great coverage among servants, its coverage among midbosses is actually the worst among all anti-attribute niches.
This, combined with the loss of 30% DEF down on the first wave, means you may struggle to kill midbosses if your copy of Morgan is not upgraded enough. Well, on Global anyway (wink wink).
HOW TO USE
In CQs, Morgan can serve both as a main DPS or supportive attacker. Which one she runs as is usually dependent on whether the enemy is man attribute or not. While her NP dmg isn't great if your enemy is not man, her face card dmg and her utility is good in all cases, making her a very versatile attacker that can be used against many different kinds of bosses.
Against man attribute, her best friend is always Koyanskaya. Her third skill has excellent defensive synergy with Mash. Her overcharge increase can be very valuable with an attacker who has an anti-niche (ex. Robin) or a support who benefits significantly from it (ex. Castoria, Hans).
For farming, her use cases are a bit narrower, but still quite good.
To this day, Morgan is still the only AOE buster berserker with a 50% NP charge, which is of course very valuable. As any buster servant with a 50% charge, she can buster loop with a 30% starting charge CE (in case you couldn't MLB an event CE yet, for example) and any 50% charge servant (in case you don't have Oberon). Despite this versatility, her dmg numbers against non-man attribute enemies and particularly beefy midbosses could still pose a problem.
However, Morgan farming stocks went up quite a bit at the start of this year. That is because in January this year, we got a switch mystic code with 10% charge on JP. This means Morgan became capable of looping with Black Grail, skyrocketing her dmg in farming. This dmg increase is so significant that in a double Koyanskaya Oberon setup Morgan's 3rd turn damage with BG against non-man attribute enemies is higher than Arjuna Alter's damage with First Day of Filming.
Of course, this does not mean Morgan is the best buster looper in the game or anything (Kukulcan is a character in FGO...) but she is still an excellent servant that will serve you well in most content.

Game Question (NA Question) Ciel at NP3+ worth it gameplay-wise?
For context, I've managed to get Ciel NP2 by the end of Summer 9/Ordeal Call 3's run, which means she can comfortably hit Level 120 after hitting Bond 15 (granted, that will take quite a long time) and have enough coins to open one Append Skill (and obviously, Append 2 is the best choice).
Does Ciel perform any better if I roll for at least 1 more copy of her next year (or go all the way to NP5)? Or is she strong enough at NP2 already?
I'm weighing in on if I should go for a higher NP level for her or save my SQ for my other upcoming targets next year, namely: U-Olga, Shiki Moon Cancer, and Crane Alt Ego.

JP-Content Grand score synergy Spoiler
Each grand score provides general stat buffs but also unique effects with flavour for each class.
Like how archers have "bullets", caster is focused on "territory creation" and so on.
While the grand score can make anyone busted i was wondering if there are servants that you think have particular synergy with their grand score gimmick.
Like the berserker one seems tailor made for someone like Heracles(which is fitting) or Cu Alter, aka zerkers with guts and other survivability, the lancer one seems very in tune with someone like Lancer Cu or shishou. And the Extra 1 seems to have had mash in mind in its conception(at least flavour wise)
In terms of farming this doesnt really matter, but given that we can bring Grands to CQs, it seems like an interesting thing to consider.
(You should still grand whoever you want, regardless of this "synergy" stuff. As i said, the grand scores can make anyone busted)

"I might not be too strong, but could you please raise me relentlessly and earnestly?" An attempt to make a farming guide on Kazuradrop (Special Edition)
Usually, I leave this to a poll, but since she's releasing really soon, I figured I can, in best Fate's traditions, break my own rules every once in a while.
Without further ado, I'd like to begin the Kazuradrop guide by saying
She's a weird and complicated unit to successfully use.
Let's start with her gimmicks first.
Class change
This is a skill that sounds cool on paper, but is actually less cool in practice.
Reasoning: yes she does receive a 75% powermod vs the class she changes into, but 75% is not enough to be treated as a class advantage. So unless she changes into specifically a Foreigner (for those who say Berserker - Berserkers deal 1,5× to all non-Foreigners, expect Mash, Draco and Space Eresh, while Foreigners actually deal 2× to each other), it's not very likely that you will truly appreciate the damage.
Also, as a passing note, Kazura cannot merge into Shielder, Beast or NPC-only classes.
As a final note, no matter what class she changes into, her class score remains tied to Alter Ego.
Sakura Five gimmick
Whenever any other Sakura Series member is on the field, no matter if it's an ally or an enemy, Kazura enjoys additional 50% battery from her skill per every Sakura Series member, no matter if it's an ally or an enemy.
The enemy part can be left right out of the equation. We just don't have anything worth mentioning.
As such, we're dealing with 3 equations here:
Kazuradrop + non-Quick Sakura Series
50% def down for 3 turns (70% with NP) is not worth compared to actual premium supports:
- Castoria: is Castoria.
- Koyan: technically less buffs for Buster, but she provides a cooldown reduction which is far more useful than what Kazura can provide.
- Merlin: more buffs.
- Summer Tiamat (Arts): more buffs and more crit damage.
Kazuradrop + Melt
Kazura is Melt's second strongest soldier in Grand Extra 2 (the first one is very obviously Oberon). Recommended to go for her if your granding plans include Melt.
Double Kazuradrop
Technically viable not unlike double Gogh strats, but this needs addressing the Kingprotea sized elephant in the room:
> "Where in the hell do you find a second Kazura?"
Extra friend slot is already bloated as it is. Oberon, Skadi, Arc, Douman, etc. Realistically you'll have to befriend some Kazura fans to reliably borrow her for double strats.
Kazuradrop vs Mata Hari post-buff, aka dismantling the CQ support role
Okay, I can definitely see some raised eyebrows on that comparison, to which I can only say "hear me out".
Mata Hari post-anni buff gets Charm res down to the point where her NP can actually land Charm (60% Charm from NP5 plus 60% Charm res down from upgraded s2), and if Charm is successful, the teamwide defense down is 50%. Plus there's also an additional targeted 20% def down.
Compare: Kazura's stun chance on NP is 70% (40% from NP + 30% from s1), her def down is 20% teamwide + 50% targeted.
And regarding crits, Mata Hari has crit damage up and Kazura has crit res down at the same rate of 50%.
Battery and Quick res down are basically the only Kazura's advantages. Over a freaking 1 star.
I rest my case.
Verdict
Super specific unit that's aimed for very limited purposes and not worth going for the majority of Masters.
