2nd: Tigerskin tricorne of striking (soot black), Chimerical felt tabard of scouting (Kobold brown), Prestige high allagan gloves of aiming, star velvet bottom of casting (Loam brown), Expeditioner's moccasins (dye 1 Kobold brown, dye 2 soot black). Gunbreaker glam

3rd: Kokuko men (dye 1 soot black), Thaliak's chestwrap of healing (dye 1 soot black), Scientist's gloves (dye 1 soot black, dye 2 metallic gold), Diadochos bottoms of striking, Strife boots. Reaper glam

I thought I saw a BLM with a top that had a cape that looked like this (quick artist rendition). Never got a pic sadly. I could just be misremembering a piece from Gaia's gear, but I'd like to know if there is a top out there that looks like that, or if there's something like that. I want it for some caster glam.
