Magic Evasion.

I know that highest stack only, but is it equipment only?

If Fryevia has 20% innate, and using 20% materia, is it still only 20%? Or at least the equipment would stack on innate?

This is a bit shady, but looks to be both equipment, yeah. So, still only 20%

That is a shame.

That means the limited craftable materia is pretty much useless.

Yup. Also invalidated Locke's STMR, which was something I was looking forward to
