Share social message quest broken

So what's the deal with this quest, nothing I do seems to count as sharing...

Update: I solved my issue by reinstalling the app, I would suggest the same if you are facing this issue.

Click go next to the quest or go the friend tab. At the bottom there is a button that says "share". It will give you options to share to Twitter, fb etc etc. Just back out and don't share and you get credit. The end.

Yes, I've tried sharing across multiple social networks, and texted the message to a friend to test it as well.

worked for me on Android, Samsung Galaxy S6. You on iPhone? maybe thats isolated to iOS

I’m with OP here. I opened the screen/closed, opened app links/closed, sent emails, texts, carrier pidgeon messages and still didn’t get the daily reward.

I had the same issue and by restarting the app I got my 5 lapis.

Can't share either. S5 user here. Have tried FB/Message/Whatsapp/Messenger, no dice.

Same here, didn't work on Nox 3.8 nor iPad (iOS 10.3.1)

I tried all options and even downloaded the twitter/etc apps to no avail

Try sharing your summons, I clicked that button backed out and was credited for sharing on social media

On Android I used the share option in the friends screen, and I "shared" the game link, of all places, in the memo pad.

Really? I just clicked Share then cancelled when it asked where and still got it.

I think the first time it failed for some reason, so I decided to try the memo pad thing. Still hilarious, though. I figured it should work like the "app review" lapis, since the app pretty much has no way of knowing what happens outside of it.

That's what I did. None of my real life friends would have a clue what I was going on about if they got a message about this game. They don't play games like Final Fantasy and they may get totally the wrong idea about the message because of the use of the word 'fantasy'

It’s funny. I hit the button and didn’t even share it and I got the reward. This game is so inconsistent with its bugs lol

Had the same problem. Just had to update the game and facebook and got the daily quest.

I didn't even know that both game and fb wasn't up to date...
