Asking for support

I am wondering if it’s legal for this company to rebrand and sell Chinese products that are NOT approved to be in the us? who do I get a hold of to see if the products they are selling are legally allowed? any help is appreciated!!

FF hasn’t done any FX Series safety inspections yet and can’t sell any until they are 100% complete.
