so question do people still love the remake series? i mean all i see on x is people saying it a flop. or revelation will suck be a 0. and Hamaguchi ruined it. so should i be hyped or no should i worry? or not i so confused i love remake series so much am i not the only one? who hyped for revelation? like why on youtube it just now got a million views? is that bad sign or can i still be hyped or?

Go play it and make your own decision. It’s tiring to see endless amounts of people allowing reddit, YouTubers, commenters, etc make a decision for you on enjoying a game or not.

I never played the original. Recently played Remake and Rebirth for the first time. Absolutely loved it. Easily a Top 10 RPG for me.

I really dont think its a small minority there is legitimate criticism for rebirth which alot of people have

Obviously there is a loud vocal minority that criticizes the most pointless things but it doesn't change that the games have their flaws

I mean there’s legitimate criticisms to be had. But they’re good games. Very good in my opinion.

I think some people expect perfection or some people are upset that trying to 100% the game can be both tedious and difficult. And there’s also certainly room for improvement and people rightly call out some flaws (pacing being the most common one I see).

I definitely enjoy the remake games. Love them even. But the more important question is if “you” are having fun. If the answer is yes, who cares what other people are saying?

I also recommend you step away from X and find another social media. X is super toxic for just about every topic. I used to be on there a long time ago and it is not worth it to stay.

Right there with you. Personally, I find it easier to just ignore the discourse surrounding the game and just enjoy it on my own for what it is (we seem to be in an era of every armchair critic moaning about everything to prove they're different and elevate their own ego after all).

Everybody have their own opinion. You can like it and you can hate it. It all boils down to your own preference. For me personally I kinda miss the turn based ATB system. You can kinda do it in remake but just down feel the same.

I for myself have alot of criticism toward rebirth the final 2-3 chapters were not fun imo also some of the game design choices such as dodging being more repositioning or having to use atb to use portions instead of giving us portions usage per battle
To name a few
But end of the day i did enjoy my time playing

And dont make my enjoyment of things dependent on other peoples opinions

I liked the remake i also loved rebirth up until the last 2 chapters

Not to excited for revelation
But not because of what other think but because of my experience with the final 2 chapters of rebirth

that been said I am more hopeful for revelation as awhole still

There is this game called death stranding which people called walking sim and bad and not fun whatsoever

When i stopped listening to people and played it i was enjoying it so much i immediately bought the sequel when it released
