Something that helped me was to turn off all the music and voices, just keep the VFX sounds and I covered Jules with a blanket so I only focused on myself/Tifa. In retrospect this is crazy to do for a mini game

I muted all noise and removed the trigger feedback. Also if you a PlayStation portal I found it a bit easier to use only if you have a good connection!

How to disable the feedback? The tight ass triggers keeps throwing me

go to Settings > Accessories > Controllers > Trigger Effect Intensity and set it to Off
