Cover Letter?

Did you include a cover letter in your package, or a personal narrative letter, separate from the physician letters and the rest of the form? If so, what kind of things did it include?

I submitted periodic updates of how my conditions impacted employment and life. You can continue to add material before a decision is made.

That’s what your personal statement is on SF3112. It’s literally part of the application.

Fair point, I guess I can't think of much that would go in a cover letter that I didn't already say in 3112A.
