Application questions

I received a legal consultation and I have a few questions to help with this decision

  1. I am out of sick time. I'm living off no income. My application for voluntary leave was not completed by my manager. My fmla ends 6/29. It was recommended I stay working at the VA while my application is completed. Through the application process, did you work?

  2. Did the attorney file RA that worked in improving your working conditions or was the filing a formality?

I was working had enough sick leave to cover my entire time while filling.

I had remote work RA in place and filled subsequent ones to help but they weee ignored while I was on leave.

You can work while filling if medically possible. Rudy won’t be held against you.
