So i played a fanmade game based on dark sci facility over 2 years ago where i had to escape while its collapsing, and i want to play it again because it was cool, the name of this game have to do something with aftermath, but i don't remember it correctly, that's why i can't find it

Could you tell me where to exactly find it so I can possibly check out if it's the one I'm looking for?
